We are looking for 20 Casual Team members to join our Port Melbourne Store. We are not just looking for sales people, we are looking for driven and passionate individuals who thrive on providing customers with a great experience.  If you are a true team player who loves a challenge, enjoys working in a team to achieve goals, share knowledge  and learn everyday, we are looking for you.

What you will do:

• Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to make their day at every interaction

• Product Knowledge: Share your passion for our brands to help customers find the perfect gear

• Operational Efficiency: Ensure the store is full, clean, organised and well-stocked, to ensure all customers needs are met

• Sales: Process sales efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable transaction for every customer.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to get things done, share knowledge and support each other to achieve store goals.

• Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise to ensure a full offer is available to customers

• Visual Merchandising: Work with the Visual merchandising team to create appealing displays that highlight our products and attract customers.

• Problem-Solving: Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly
