About the Position:

We are seeking an autonomous and relationship-driven Sales Representative to manage a key regional Queensland territory, covering from Rockhampton and surrounds, Townsville, Mossman, Cairns, Atherton, Weipa, Mount Isa, Emerald, Longreach, Biloela, Calliope. In this role you will oversee 40 existing wholesale accounts, focusing on building strong partnerships and driving organic sales growth. This is a field-based role that involves extensive regional travel (3-4 weeks per quarter), supported by monthly head office meetings in Brisbane. You'll represent a beloved Aussie brand while helping shape its future growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and grow relationships with wholesale clients across a wide QLD territory
* Promote new products, distribute catalogues, and process orders
* Represent the brand at trade shows and customer events (paid attendance)
* Maintain detailed knowledge of product lines and upcoming shipments
* Provide an outstanding customer experience in both corporate and rural environments
* Report back to head office and attend monthly Brisbane team meetings

* Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
* Excellent time management and follow-up skills
* High level of autonomy and self-drive
* Great communication skills across all customer types from regional stores to corporate buyers
* A genuine, down-to-earth attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
* A current driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively
