About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to play a key strategic role in revenue growth for a world-class resort. Reporting to the executive team, you'll be responsible for analysing data, optimising pricing strategies, and ensuring maximum yield across all segments. This role may be based in our Sydney CBD head office or performed remotely for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies across all distribution channels
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and booking patterns
• Analyse performance data to identify revenue opportunities and risks
• Lead pricing and inventory decisions in alignment with sales and marketing
• Collaborate closely with the on-property and corporate teams
• Produce detailed revenue forecasts and performance reports for senior leadership

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in luxury hospitality revenue management

Expertise in pricing strategy, forecasting, and data analysis

Strong knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, RMS, CRS, etc.)

Highly analytical with commercial acumen and attention to detail

Experience working with ultra-luxury or exclusive clientele preferred

Flexibility to work remotely or from Sydney CBD HQ
