Road Workers - Experienced Spray Seal Labours and Operators

AUSTCORP are seeking Experienced Spray Seal Operators/Labourers to join one of Brisbane's Road Surfacing Companies.  They have multiply contracts on the books leading into 2026 and are needing experience guys to be part of their growing teams.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current Driver Licence - MR/HR Truck Licence or Above (Preferred)
• Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• Experience in Spray Seal or Asphalt/Civil
• Good Attitude
• Able to Pass a Drug and Alcohol Pre-Employment Test
• Team Player
• RII's for Plant Roller, Skid Steer, Front End Loader nice to have
• Highly Reliable and Punctual
• Able to Do Away Work 
• Able to work Days and Nights
• Focus on Safety in the Workplace

• Excellent hourly rates
• Ongoing work - temp to perm opportunity
• Frequent Overtime
