The Role:

As a key part of our growing team, you will play an essential role in keeping our vehicles in excellent condition. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic issues.

• Performing essential repairs and maintenance, including brake repairs, engine diagnostics, suspension work, and cosmetic reconditioning.

• Completing roadworthy certification checks and ensuring vehicles meet all necessary compliance standards.

• Collaborating with other mechanics and service advisors to maintain an efficient and effective workflow.

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of repairs and services performed.

• Participating in ongoing training to stay up to date with the latest automotive technology and practices.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a dedicated Roadworthy Mechanic with the skills and passion to help us manage the growing demand in our busy workshop. The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience as a Roadworthy Mechanic or in a similar role, with a current RWC Licence.

• Possess strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic tools, and mechanical repairs.

• Have a keen eye for detail, able to efficiently diagnose and fix issues.

• Understand roadworthy certification requirements and ensure compliance with all regulations.

• Be a team player who communicates well and thrives in a collaborative environment.

• Hold relevant automotive qualifications and certifications. An Air Conditioning Licence is highly regarded.

• Have the right attitude—we want someone who is motivated, reliable, and eager to contribute to the success of our growing team.
