Rodd & Gunn Store Manager- Doncaster

The role

Rodd & Gunn is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the operation of our retail store in Doncaster, Victoria. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and empowering a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance to support the overall growth and success of the Rodd & Gunn brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling

• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the store team to ensure they are motivated, engaged, and equipped to deliver outstanding customer experiences

• Analyse and interpret sales data to identify trends, maximise sales opportunities, and implement effective strategies to meet and exceed sales targets

• Ensure the store environment is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with company policies and relevant regulations

• Collaborate with the regional and national teams to support the execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives

• Proactively identify and address operational challenges, implementing solutions to improve store performance

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 year of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industries

• Demonstrated success in leading and motivating a high-performing team to achieve sales and operational objectives

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset

• Proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive business performance
