Safety Advisor

Nobul Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join a reputable Tier 2 Commercial Construction company for an exciting project based in Brisbane. Our client is well-known for delivering high-quality Multi-Residential and Commercial builds and is looking for someone who brings both expertise and passion for safety.

Your Role: Reporting to the Safety Manager, you will:

• Drive a strong safety culture across site operations
• Communicate effectively with the project team and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with all WHS policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Support environmental management protocols on-site

What You’ll Bring:

• 4–5 years’ experience as a Safety Advisor in commercial construction
• Proven success on projects valued over $20M, ideally in Education, Aged Care, Multi-Res, or Mixed-Use
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and a proactive approach to safety management
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Relevant WHS qualifications and certifications
