Sales Admin / Sales Coordinator (on-the-job training provided)
We are currently hiring for a Sales Admin / Sales Coordinator to manage multiple groups. This is an opportunity to join a growing home builder and work alongside an experienced A team. Your role will involve creating and managing relationships with sales agents, property investment groups to generate sales.
Relevant experience is a bonus; however, we are looking for someone with the right attitude and work ethic.
Our office is in Wheelers Hill and we build all over Melbourne and some regional areas.
Our company has large long-term plans, and our CEO has previously overseen the construction of thousands of homes, managed large teams and won multiple awards. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and your role will be critical in driving our sales targets.
We are looking for someone that is passionate about the building industry and wants to work for a home builder aiming to be the industry leader.
The role:
· Contacting and managing relationships with sales agents and property investment groups to generate sales.
· Driving sales.
· Ensure that requests are responded to in a timely manner.
· Ensuring that we have relevant stock available to the groups.
· Providing a high level of service.
· Other ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
· Relevant experience is a bonus; however, we are looking for someone with the right attitude and work ethic.
· Ability to work autonomously.
· Have a can-do attitude.
· Maintain professional standards.
