Madison Express specialises in the distribution of high-quality cable, connectivity, and a range of Madison Group products, primarily serving the electrical wholesale market. • Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing product advice.
• Securing sales through outbound calls, quote follow-ups, and converting leads into orders.
• Preparing accurate quotes and ensuring customers have the necessary information.
• Assisting Sales Representatives with quotes, tenders, and project opportunities.
• Monitoring inventory levels, coordinating stock orders, and ensuring timely order processing.
• Maintaining accurate customer and sales data in the CRM.
