The Opportunity:

We’re excited to welcome enthusiastic and motivated Full-Time Sales Assistant to our Helensvale store. If you’re passionate about design, driven by results, and love working in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!

Your Role:

• Implement creative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.

• Collaborate on store operations, ensuring efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.

• Establish genuine relationships with customers, providing personalized product recommendations and exceptional service.

• Showcase your knowledge and passion for design, guiding customers through our curated collections.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding results and memorable customer experiences.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong communication skills with a natural ability to engage and connect with customers.

• A customer-first attitude, dedicated to creating exceptional shopping experiences.

• Physical ability to lift and handle furniture (up to 20kg) safely.

• Experience in assembling and disassembling furniture.

• A proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals in a retail setting.

• Availability and flexibility to work weekends.
