This is a hands-on sales support role with a clear path to agent progression. You’ll work directly with a high-achieving Director, assisting throughout the entire sales process while building your own skills, network, and prospecting power.

The Role: - Prospecting, cold calling, and nurturing database leads
- Door knocking and canvassing appraisals in target areas
- Liaising with buyers and vendors professionally and effectively
- Attending and assisting with open homes, buyer appointments, and listing presentations
- Shadowing the Director to gain full exposure to the sales process
- Lead and manage sale campaigns
The Person: - Driven, passionate, and self-motivated
- Prior experience in Real Estate Sales or Leasing
- Hold a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle
- Ambitious and focused on building a long-term career in Real Estate
