JOB SUMMARYThe Sales Associate is responsible for delivering a transformational customer experience, building our brand one customer at a time and ultimately driving our business through sales. He/ she should demonstrate a strong commitment to service, a genuine curiosity and interest in people, authenticity, fashion & style sensibility, and exceptional selling skills. We are now seeking Sales Associate to join us for the new store at our historic Sydney QVB location KEY RESPONSIBILITIESRepresent the Brand – As an ambassador of Tory Burch and maintain store presentation standardsCreate the Customer Experience – Deliver extraordinary customer experience and build our brand one customer at a timeBe Team Player – Demonstrate a strong sense of selling skills and sense of product knowledge, contribute to a positive atmosphere that is fun, professional, productive and team oriented. Strong partnership and communication with teammates.Drive the Business & Deliver Results – Proactively achieve and maximize sales, build and maintain new and existing customer relationships Operational Excellence – Adhere to all sales and operational policies and procedures, inventory management and provide assistance when necessary with operational and back of house activities EDUCATION, PRIOR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDEDCertificates / Diploma holders or above in any disciplines (business or fashion related a plus)For SA: 2+ years’ experience as a SA in a luxury fashion retail operation. More experience will be considered as SSA. Strong personal selling and customer relations experienceSales driven and goals orientedPolished and professionalGood verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAbility to work in a fast paced and dynamic environmentAbility to prioritize and excellent follow-up skills
