The part-time role

Snooze South Yarra is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our friendly team and help customers find their ideal sleep solution. Whether you're seasoned in retail or just love connecting with people, we’ll provide all the training you need.

Prefer a bit more flexibility? While this is a part-time role, we’re open to offering a casual arrangement for the right person who needs adaptable hours.

What you’ll be doing

• Helping customers find their dream bed by providing expert advice and tailored solutions

• Creating an exceptional in-store experience through engaging conversations and outstanding customer service

• Supporting daily store operations—merchandising bedrooms, handling stock (including occasional heavy lifting), using computer systems, and collaborating with your team

What you’ll bring

• A passion for customer service and willingness to learn

• The energy and fitness to walk the showroom floor and safely handle stock

• Retail experience in selling big-ticket items (preferred, but not essential)

• Availability across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
