The Role: In-Home Sales with Uncapped PotentialThis is a flexible, commission-only role focused entirely on in-home consultations. We provide high-quality leads from digital campaigns and referrals—you bring the energy and the close.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing qualified inbound leads and booking in-home appointments

• Meeting with homeowners face-to-face to assess needs and provide tailored solar solutions

• Creating and presenting quotes using OpenSolar

• Educating customers on the benefits of our products and closing sales

• Generating your own leads? Even better—you’ll earn bonus commissions!

 What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience in solar or residential energy sales is essential

• Proficiency in OpenSolar or Pylon software

• Strong in-person communication and closing skills

• A driven, independent mindset and high motivation to succeed

• Tech-savvy with the ability to manage digital tools and proposal software

• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
