The Opportunity
We are expanding our high-performing team and are looking for two talented and driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help fuel our growth. Working predominantly remote (with at least one day per week in our Sydney or South West Sydney based office), you will play a critical role in driving outbound prospecting efforts and building a high-quality sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Qualify inbound leads and nurture them through the early stages of the sales process
Book qualified meetings for the Senior Sales team
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to align messaging and campaigns
About You:
Prior experience as an SDR or similar outbound sales role (essential)
Proven track record of success hitting KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline created), must be able to demonstrate this
Confident, articulate, and fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
Resilient, self-motivated, and hardworking with a strong work ethic
Genuine, honest approach to relationship building
Technology sector experience preferred; professional services experience highly regarded
Must have full Australian working rights (no visa sponsorship)
