CAPR Services is hiring two Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to represent leading ERP software companies:Role 1: 5 days per week | $8,000 OTE per monthRole 2: 3 days per week | $5,000 OTE per monthThese are contract roles — you must have an ABN to apply. Both positions are fully remote.About CAPR Services: You’ll be representing top software companies while receiving full coaching, management, and ongoing support from CAPR. We provide you with the framework, tools, and lead lists — including access to HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha — so you can focus on executing high-quality outreach and booking discovery meetings.Tasks You'll Be Responsible For:Conducting outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to B2B prospectsManaging your pipeline and activities through HubSpot CRMBooking and confirming discovery meetings with clear agendasUpdating clients with pre- and post-meeting notesBuilding on provided lead lists and proactively sourcing your own opportunitiesCollaborating with the CAPR team through Slack and weekly coaching sessionsExpectations:Minimum 15% connection rate on outbound calls1 in 10 conversations converting into a booked discovery meeting85% meeting show rateFull ownership of your outreach, pipeline, and resultsClear communication with clients and the CAPR teamWhat We're Looking For:Experience in B2B cold calling (SaaS or software industry highly regarded)Strong business acumen and understanding of how software solutions impact businessesDiligence, focus, and an ability to work independentlyA drive for personal excellence and taking full accountability for outcomesIf you're looking to level up your outbound sales skills and earn strong commissions in a high-performance environment, apply now.
