Your Mission:As a Sales Executive, we are seeking an experienced and motivated sales professional to join our growing team and make a significant impact. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in accelerating our growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities and closing them. This role is based in Brisbane, but you will have opportunities to travel as part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.Understand customer needs and present tailored SaaS solutions to meet those needs.Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and success.Provide feedback to the product development team to help refine our offerings and improve their quality.Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote HINDSITE. What does it look like?In your first month, we will support you to:Confidently present demonstrations to SMB & Midmarket segmentsImplement proof-of-concept account setups with coaching from team membersIn your first three months, you can expect to:Attend industry events to build your network and domain expertiseIndependently hunt for outbound opportunities and prospectsSuccessfully collaborated with existing salespeople to close dealsIn your first six months, you can expect to:Work independently on deals from prospect to closeRun successful POCS with prospects and get them to that ah-ha momentReceive continual coaching from peers and team members for ongoing growthYour background may look like any of the following:● Working as a consultant somewhere but wanting to get out and not be a cog in the machine.
