What would a day look like?

• You will learn all aspects of the sales process from our Sales Manager and Sales Executives
• You will be learning about the models and their features
• You will learn about customer’s needs, customer service expectations, and the overall decision making process
• Delivering exceptional customer service; whilst meeting the customer satisfaction targets
• You will be trained on our KPI’s and how to reach those KPI’s in order to be a successful sales executive wherever you end up! Achieving individual sales KPI's
• Once you are trained, you will be kick-starting an exciting and rewarding career where you can sell cars and build strong relationships with our customers and in turn; earn great money.

About you:

• Prior experience in a sales position with KPI’s will be highly regarded but not essential. We will consider all industries for the right candidate!
• You must have a true passion for the KIA brand
• You will be exceptionally well spoken, where customer service is paramount
• You will love establishing and building customer relationships
• You must be comfortable with negotiating
• Current NSW Driver’s License
• Must be able to work weekends & an 11 day fortnight
