Just Spas Gold Coast is looking for a high-performing Retail Sales Specialist / Store Team Leader to join our team. If you have a strong track record in closing deals, handling objections, and selling value over price, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven, results-focused sales professional who can confidently sell our premium Australian-made spas and swim spas against low-cost imported alternatives.  Your ability to showcase our unique selling points such as quality, longevity, warranties, and performance will be key to your success.

In this role, you will:
✅ Sell Spas, Swim Spas, Urban Pools, and Saunas – help customers find the best solution for their lifestyle.
✅ Convert leads into sales – engaging customers in-store, over the phone, and via email.
✅ Support store operations – assist with stock, logistics, and customer service.
✅ Take on a leadership role – guide and support other team members.
✅ Work weekends – availability on Saturdays and Sundays on a roster rotation is essential.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success in sales, preferably in big-ticket retail (spa, pool, or similar sales experience a bonus).
• A closer’s mindset – ability to confidently handle objections and close deals.
• Strong communication skills – you can sell the dream, not just the product.
• High attention to detail – from paperwork to product knowledge.
• Admin and computer literacy – experience with CRM systems preferred.
• A team player – willing to help with store operations and customer service.
• Forklift license (preferred, but not essential).
