Sales Manager

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager who’s ready to step into a leadership role within a high-performing real estate investment business. With a team of 15 already in place and the foundations laid, this is your chance to step in, elevate performance, and truly make your mark.

What we’re looking for:

You’ll bring a minimum of 5 years experience leading, mentoring, and growing sales teams within the buyers agency or real estate space. You know how to lead from the front, build culture, and drive results without micromanaging. Reporting directly into the joint Managing Directors, you will provide weekly updates on team performance, revenue, and growth opportunities. They’re ready to hand the reins of the sales function over to someone who can treat this part of the business as their own.

• Proven experience growing and managing sales teams
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• High energy, resilience and a passion for results
• An entrepreneurial mindset—you treat the business like it’s yours
• A deep understanding of the real estate or buyers agency world
