AUTOMOTIVE SALES MANAGER | CASTLE HILL AUTOS

Castle Hill Autos is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team across our multi-franchise dealership, representing Hyundai, Nissan, MG and GMSV.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for an established Sales Manager or experienced 2IC ready to step up.

To be successful, you’ll need:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Sales Manager or 2IC role within automotive retail

• Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and manage a team

• Strong understanding of dealership operations, stock control, and customer service

• Prior experience with Dealer Management Systems

• Professional and personable with excellent communication skills

In this role you will:

• Oversee all sales operations across new and used vehicles

• Lead and coach the sales team to achieve KPIs and sales targets

• Manage stock, reporting, and interdepartmental coordination

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and dealership presentation
