Geely Brighton have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join their team!

About the Opportunity:

This Sales Manager role will oversee the Geely Brighton New & Used Car departments, taking responsibility for leading and inspiring a team of Sales Consultants to meet sales targets and maximise profitability. Success in this role will be driven by a strong focus on exceptional customer service, an efficient sales process, in-depth product knowledge, and effective administrative operations.

• Excellent interpersonal skills including strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Strong business acumen including strategic and operational planning.
• Strong financial acumen including experience with budgets and expense tracking.
• Process driven and proactive with strong initiative.
• Ability to meet deadlines and achieve set sales targets and profit margins.
• High levels of self-motivation, drive, and resilience
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong sales negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with internal and external customers.
• Proficient with DMS (Dealership Management System) and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong management and leadership experience including the ability to keep the team focused and motivated in a challenging work environment.

Previous automotive experience within a management role is mandatory.
