Sales Manager - Roadside Assistance

The Role:
We’re looking for a confident and driven Sales Executive to work closely with our management team on both inbound and outbound sales activity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, builds rapport quickly, and understands the balance between fast-paced service and strategic thinking.

You’ll be focused on:

• Handling inbound service inquiries from customers needing immediate assistance

• Reaching out to new prospects, including partnerships and fleet accounts

• Managing and growing our client base through exceptional service

• Converting inquiries into booked jobs with high conversion rates

• Working alongside our existing managers to support operational flow

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls/emails with urgency and professionalism

• Identify upsell opportunities and close warm leads

• Proactively reach out to potential B2B partners (mechanics, dealerships, etc.)

• Track all interactions and performance in our CRM system

• Liaise with dispatch to ensure smooth handover of booked jobs

• Provide insights to management on market trends and customer feedback

• Experience in sales, customer service, or dispatch-related environments

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Calm under pressure with a problem-solving mindset

• Familiarity with roadside assistance or automotive industry preferred

• Tech-savvy and able to learn systems quickly
