About the role

Join the dynamic sales team at Autocycle International as a full-time Sales Representative based in Altona North, Victoria. In this key customer-facing role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative range of motorcycles and accessories across the local market. With a focus on providing exceptional service, you will work closely with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and match them to the most suitable Autocycle International tyre disposal solutions

• Provide service insight and tour guide of the facility to demonstrate the disposal process and compliance commitment

• Maintain detailed knowledge of our services and processes

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with both individual and business customers

• Actively participate in marketing and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and lead generation

• Provide prompt and professional after-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience

• Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other's success

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within the automotive or tyre service/ sales industry

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

• Excellent product knowledge and a passion for circular economy

• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Confidence in providing site tours and business presentations

• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• A current driver's licence
