About our Opportunity
We're looking for a sales hunter to work out of our Rowville Glass Plant. The hunter will prospect new customers and maintain strong relationships with our established customer portfolio, servicing the Melbourne Metropolitan area.
The role will predominantly be on the road as you strategically canvas new business opportunities, targeting new customers, meeting existing clients, promoting and providing product information while being present and accessible to our customer base. You will diligently plan, organise, and carry out selling activities that will enable you to exceed your sales targets and contribute to sustainable, profitable growth.

About You
We're looking for an experienced sales hunter with a background in the glass industry or someone who has been a Sales Rep in the building industry selling Windows or Showerscreens. Leveraging your ability to build positive relationships will be a must along with your capability to negotiate, and close deals, combined with your ability to proactively find and develop new business will be key to your success in this role. Seeking a self-motivated, results-focused sales professional with a strong service ethos.
