Remote Area Group is a non-traditional WHS company delivering high-impact compliance and safety services across remote and regional Australia. From Aboriginal communities to outback roadhouses, we even fly our own aircraft to reach the places others won’t.
We’re on the hunt for a self-driven Sales Representative who’s ready to break the mould. You’ll help us grow our reach across the NT and beyond by building strong client relationships, securing repeat business, and locking in long-term service partnerships.
Work with a company doing things differently — and doing them well
Report directly to the CEO and influence real outcomes
Be part of a high-trust, tech-forward team (we use Apple + ServiceM8 across the board)

This role starts as casual with performance-based pathway to full-time
Prospect and engage new clients across remote communities and towns
Convert opportunities into repeat visits and long-term service agreements
Work autonomously and own your results
Use digital tools to coordinate, follow up and track progress (iOS, Monday, Badger Sales & ServiceM8)
Represent a brand with real impact in remote Australia
A self-starter who sees and seizes opportunities
Someone who brings solutions, not problems
Tech-savvy (iPhone, iPad, cloud tools – that’s our workflow)
Comfortable working independently with limited supervision
Sales or WHS background ideal, but attitude is everything
