Our innovative company is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative with Automotive Experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while helping to manage daily leads. Additionally, you will work in a very energetic, enthusiastic, and fast-growing team with a shared goal of achieving sales targets and KPI’s. This role will suit an applicant who is looking to work in a sales role with work-life balance, experience working with KPI’s, good computer skills and willing to receive proper training.
What we expect from you?
Experience with KPIs and working towards sales targets.
Strong computer skills to manage leads and customer interactions.
A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Someone who is ready to bring energy, motivation, and drive to the team.
Calling customers and explaining the benefits of using our platform.
Developing strategies to ensure lead conversion into sales opportunities.
Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
Recording all appropriate activities of sales in the (Customer Leads Management System) and assist with data reporting.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good computer skills with experience using CRM and lead management systems.
