As we grow, we are excited to invite an experienced and highly competent Sales/Customer Service Consultant to help with our mission of transforming lives.

THE ROLE

The Sales/Customer Service Consultant plays a crucial role in ensuring an engaging Client Experience as the first point of contact.

Responsible for introducing SuperCare services to interested clients and determining their eligibility to access their Super based on compassionate grounds.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

1. Customer Service/Client Relationship

  • Respond to all customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, etc.)
  • Address customer concerns and refer to appropriate teams
  • Provide exceptional service; build rapport, and maintain client relationships

2. Sales

  • Handle inbound sales calls – introduce the clients to SuperCare services and effectively articulate the value/advantages of SuperCare offerings
  • Engage with clients in a professional manner and actively listen to their needs before offering a personalized solution
  • Confirm that the client is eligible to access their Super based on compassionate grounds while clearly explaining the implications of accessing their Super early
  • Ensure that the client understood the Service Agreement before guiding them in signing

THE PREFERRED COMPETENCIES

  • At least 1 year of substantial work experience in a sales/customer service role, preferably in the service industry
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Persuasive and confident approach to customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Business Acumen, Interpersonal skills, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
