Role: Salesforce Test Analyst Work Location: Sydney / Melbourne. We engage with a wide variety of organisations and industries including government, financial services, education, manufacturing, travel, sports and not-for-profit. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications, features, and integrations.
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Identifying, documenting, and reporting defects and issues, and collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Conducting functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translating them into effective testing strategies.
- Contributing to the creation and maintenance of testing documentation and artifacts.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
Skills & Experience required:
- 5+ years of work experience in Quality Assurance roles with automation testing experience.
- QA Expert in the Salesforce.com platform.
- Proficiency in Salesforce testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks specific to Salesforce, such as Selenium, Apex Test Framework, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce declarative tools, including Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Flows, and Validation Rules.
