Job Overview:
As a Residential Scaffolder, you will play a key role in assisting with scaffolding installations, general labouring duties, and supporting the delivery of scaffolding materials. This role also involves operating a delivery vehicle, ensuring that scaffolding equipment reaches job sites safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assembly and dismantling of scaffolding for residential building projects.
• Perform general labouring tasks, including carrying and moving scaffolding materials, cleaning work sites, and assisting other team members.
• Drive the delivery vehicle to transport scaffolding equipment and materials to job sites as required.
• Ensure all health and safety standards are met on the job site, and follow safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Assist with inventory management of scaffolding materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in scaffolding or construction is preferred but not required (training can be provided).
• A current driver’s license with the ability to operate a delivery vehicle (manual and/or automatic).
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to following safety guidelines.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.
• A white card (construction induction card) is required (or willingness to obtain).
• Basic scaffolding skills (desirable, but not essential).

Pay: $28.00 – $40.00 per hour
