We are seeking a vibrant, proactive, and motivated Scheduling Specialist to join our Scheduling team in Warabrook.
As a Scheduling Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of support worker scheduling, focusing on person-centred support. You'll ensure reliable and consistent service delivery to customers, in line with their service delivery plans, while supporting staff in a positive and helpful manner. This role also involves respecting individual choice, needs, interests, and cultural backgrounds of the people supported by ConnectAbility.

Experience in a Disability or Health environment is highly desirable, along with knowledge of Work Health and Safety (WHS), the SCHADS Award, and/or the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
