About the role
With the recent acquisition of Box of Books, one of Australia’s leading digital education companies, Officeworks is creating a market leading proposition for the Education sector. Expanding upon its existing service offering to now include a world class digital education platform for secondary schools that combines access to digital textbooks and other learning content as well as the online sales of physical textbooks, Officeworks is primed to revolutionise the sector.
Supporting our QLD new and existing education customers, with a key focus on our Box of Books (BoB) offer, our School Engagement Specialists get to know our customers. By having insightful conversations, building strong customer relationships and providing exceptional service and support, you play a key role for schools in enhancing their access to digital learning for their communities. As a trusted business partner, you have the drive for identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new education business customers and building long term, profitable and mutually beneficial relationships.
