Details: Majura Primary School is a large and growing P-6 school that is in its first year of a new School Improvement Plan. We operate as a Professional Learning Community and share responsibility for ensuring the success of the plan. The school is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic executive teacher to collaborate as part of our wider leadership team.

You will:

• Work as a member of the executive team to achieve whole school strategic goals and implement the actions articulated in our Implementation Plan.
• Collaborate with the executive team to lead the school as a Professional Leaning Community to improve student growth.
• Co-lead the Pedagogy Strategic Improvement Team.
• Coach and support teachers and other school leaders to develop pedagogical practices that support students' individual needs.
• Model, build and sustain respectful relationships with all groups in the school community.
