Attractive Pay + Weekly Bonuses
Earn a competitive hourly rate of $31.00–$40.00 per hour, with access to our generous performance-based bonus system.

Your Role as an Academic Trainer

As an Academic Trainer, you’ll work one-on-one with students (Years P–12) in:

  • Mathematics (Primary to Senior Level including Maths Methods, Specialist Maths)
  • English (Literacy, Comprehension, Writing Support)
  • Study Skills & Exam Preparation
  • Confidence and Motivation Coaching

You’ll design and deliver personalised learning sessions focused on the student's school curriculum, while also mentoring them in goal setting, resilience, and self-belief.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be currently enrolled in a tertiary course (preferably education or a related field).
  • Have completed your high school education under the Australian Curriculum (essential for English and Primary tutoring).
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hold a valid driver’s licence and have access to a reliable vehicle (travel required within a 30-minute radius).
  • Be available for a minimum of six students per week, with flexibility in the afternoon and evening.
  • Be committed to delivering high-quality, student-centred support.
