About the Role  

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive SEA Program Support Officer to join our Education & Training division on a permanent full-time contract. This key role will support the delivery of the Self-Employment Assistance (SEA) program, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the program across the Sydney South-West region.  

Reporting to the SEA Program Manager, the SEA Program Support Officer will work closely with the SEA Program Manager and Business Coaches to provide high-level administrative support, helping to streamline operations and assist with the smooth delivery of services to participants in the program. Key responsibilities of the role will include –  

  • Assisting with reporting, client records management and customer service inquiries. 
  • Coordinating SEA client data entry and status updates in Salesforce and ESS Web. 
  • Assisting in scheduling business health checks, business advice sessions and coaching appointments. 
  • Engaging with other MTC programs and key stakeholders to support program referrals. 
  • Supporting SEA RTO Administrator in processing training enrolments and maintain accurate student records. 
  • Ensuring timely responses to client inquiries, addressing questions about program eligibility, training, coaching and report obligations. 
  • Working with the SEA team to resolve compliance issues, documentation errors and system discrepancies. 
  • Other duties as required.  

About You: 

The ideal applicant we are seeking will have: 

  • Experience in administrative roles, preferably in employment services, education or training sectors. 
  • Understanding of compliance and reporting requirements for government-funded programs. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.  
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. 
  • Prior experience in business coach or mentoring (desirable but not essential).
