Perisher is actively recruiting talented individuals for the role of Seasonal Lift Fitter to commence in June 2025. As an integral member of our Lift Maintenance team, you will play a pivotal role in the comprehensive maintenance of our extensive lift network. Collaborating closely with the Area Manager and Lift Maintenance Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the secure and efficient functioning of lifts through meticulous maintenance practices, minimising breakdowns, and upholding a high standard of guest safety. The successful applicant will have a thirst for a challenge, love the outdoors, and be passionate about the snow industry.

Lift Fitters are employed under the Perisher Trades Enterprise Agreement 2023 where remuneration is commensurate with experience and qualifications. The base rate of pay will range from $40.68 – $49.57 per hour depending on your experience and qualifications.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Mechanical Trade qualification
• Current Drivers Licence
• At least 2 years’ post-Apprenticeship experience working as a Fitter
• Experience at working at heights
