Security Guard - Luxury Retail

We are currently seeking a professional and well-presented Security Guard to join our premium services team, supporting luxury retail operations. This role is suited to candidates with a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and a polished appearance, capable of representing high-end brands with discretion and integrity.

About the Role:

As a Security Guard within a luxury retail environment, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the premises, staff, and customers while maintaining the highest level of presentation and service. You will work on a rotating roster across 7 days, including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a visible and professional security presence
• Monitor customer flow and ensure compliance with store protocols
• Perform regular patrols and incident response
• Act as a first point of contact for security or safety-related concerns
• Liaise effectively with store staff and management
• Prepare detailed incident and shift reports

Essential Criteria:

• Valid Security Licence (mandatory)
• Previous experience in a similar retail or hospitality security role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Immaculate grooming and personal presentation
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Availability to work on a 7-day rotational roster

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
