We are seeking an experienced Security Service Technician for our Gold Coast operations. The successful candidate will maximise customer satisfaction and minimise customer downtime by providing exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities

Service and maintenance 

• Alarm equipment

• Both analogue and IP CCTV equipment, and networking of IP systems

• Access control and intercom systems, both residential and commercial

• Small to large project installations

• Ensure customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients

• Available for AH on-call (rotating roster)

Experience

• Access control 

• Intruder alarms 

• Inner Range Integrity

• Intercom systems (Urmet, Aiphone)

• CCTV (HikVision, Milestone)

Good communication - verbal, written and negotiation skills

Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision

Current driver licence

Current security licence - Security Equipment Installer
