About The Role
The Manager Security Services is primarily responsible for ensuring the protection of people and property across all West Moreton Health facilities and operations through best practice security services (including fire safety).
About You
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
Significant experience in the effective and efficient management of security operations, emergency/crisis management and security risk assessment for a large organisation in the public or private sector with a proven record of achievement. Highly developed skills in risk and threat analysis, intelligence gathering, security planning, security strategy and policy development and implementation, including strategies to mitigate West Moreton Health's security and public safety risks using physical, technological and security services solutions. Evidence of advanced customer service, negotiation, relationship management and conflict resolution skills in order to develop and integrate the security service model with clinical operations. Extensive knowledge of contemporary security and crisis management technologies (including but not limited to video surveillance, intruder/duress alarms, body worn cameras and access control) and the ability to plan and implement security improvement programs. Strongly developed communication, liaison and reporting skills to develop a strong security awareness culture across West Moreton Health and to form strong partnerships with external parties including police and intelligence agencies. Demonstrated people skills and experience in culture and organisation change, including relationship management and development.
