What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead from the front as a high-performing, customer-centric Motorrad Sales Manager

• Drive retail performance through hands-on selling and motivating your team to exceed targets

• Manage inventory and ordering of BMW Motorrad motorcycles, rider gear, and accessories to suit market demand and seasonal trends

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships with riders and enthusiasts

• Develop and execute sales strategies that align with business growth objectives

• Maintain a deep understanding of the motorcycle industry, including competitor trends and new product releases

What You’ll Bring:

• A strong background in motorcycle or automotive sales, ideally with leadership experience

• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets while inspiring and developing a team

• Passion for motorcycles and a commitment to the BMW Motorrad lifestyle and values

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills

• A current driver’s licence and National Police Check

• Highly organised with attention to detail and a proactive, positive attitude
