What do I need?

• Customer-Centric Mindset: You'll need a knack for understanding and prioritizing customer needs, ensuring their experiences are at the forefront of our product development.
• Curiosity and Learning: A genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn about real-time payments and the evolving landscape of Payments. You'll be expected to stay informed and adapt quickly.
• Collaboration Skills: Strong collaboration skills are essential. You'll work closely with various teams across the business, including front-line distribution, project, and support teams, to drive product success.
• Industry Insight: The ability to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. You'll provide valuable insights into customer behaviour and market conditions to recommend product innovations.
• Proactive Risk Management: A proactive approach to managing risks and improving products. You'll champion key risk behaviours, maintain an end-to-end ownership mindset, and continuously monitor product performance, adoption, and customer feedback to iterate and improve.
