What are we looking for?
Work close to home for a national organisation in our Frankston office. We are now seeking an experienced personal injury lawyer with ideally 7+ years post admission experience.
You will work within a team that specialises in worker's compensation and motor vehicle accident compensation claims. You can expect to take complete ownership of a file load (predominately motor vehicle accident claims with opportunities for a split practice), establish good solid working relationships with your colleagues and have the support of a superior National team. This is a true opportunity to develop your skills. We are also open to expressions of interest in taking on a leadership opportunity, which would include (but not limited to) management of an office, mentoring and coaching responsibilities, ongoing business development and exploring potential growth opportunities for the wider practice group.

Day to day duties will include
management of a file load liaising with clients in an empathetic manner preparing legal correspondence providing clear, practical and concise legal and commercial advice to clients continually exploring new opportunities for your practice and developing new business
