We’re on the lookout for a senior barber to join our close-knit crew at IV Barbers. We’ve just settled into our stunning new space—light-filled, calm, and designed to let you focus on your craft. (See more @ivbarbers)

Here, we’ve built something different. No chaos, no cliques—just a great team, loyal clients who appreciate what we do (we bring a luxe touch to our services) , and a workplace that genuinely respects work/life balance.

What we offer:

- Full-time position with 35–38 hours per week

- No weekends. Ever.

- Two-week break over Christmas

- All public holidays off

- Only 2 late nights (But only until 7pm)

- Above award wage

- Secure employment with a proper contract – we know its wild!

- Online bookings with walk-ins taken based on availability . We understand burn out is real in our industry.

- Supportive, relaxed environment with a focus on teamwork

- Close to public transport

What we’re looking for:

- Advanced cutting skills: skin fades, scissor work, razor finishes

- Beard work including hot towel shaves and sharp line-ups

- Reliability, a good attitude, and a love for the job

- Confidence working solo or alongside a team must be able to be on until close.

- Bonus if you’re open to colour—training provided if you’re keen to learn, (but it's not necessary)
