Full Time Senior Bookkeeper / Office Manager Required for Busy SOR Bookkeeping Practice
The Aspire Centre is a multi-faceted business centre located at 34 Welshpool Road Welshpool. We offer a range of services for small business including serviced offices, virtual offices, boardroom and meeting room hire as well as administrative and bookkeeping services.
The business operates under 2 divisions, our Bookkeeping Practice and our Corporate Business Centre.
Being a small business, we are all very “hands on” in all aspects of the business so a team player that is happy to do a variety of roles is needed.
The bookkeeping division of our business offers offer a complete range of services including day to day contract bookkeeping, payroll services, as well as software training and set up (including scheduling programs such as ServiceM8 and Tradify).
We are looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper and Office Manager with excellent all round administrative experience to join our team.
This is full time position, Monday to Friday only.

Duties and Responsibilities
Bookkeeping
Provide exceptional bookkeeping and administrative assistance to your own portfolio of clients
Meet your client’s key lodgement dates throughout the year, including BAS and Superannuation
Have experience with onboarding new bookkeeping clients with the ability to be able to identify their requirements and formulate and implement processes and strategies
Follow our proven bookkeeping processes and procedures
Attend regular training sessions
Be confident and proficient in providing training and set up of new accounting programs (such as Xero, MYOB & Quickbooks) and scheduling programs (such as ServiceM8, Tradify & Simpro)
Office Manager
Assist the Director with the day-to-day operations of the business
Be willing to assist with reception, including answering calls on behalf of clients (Virtual Receptionist service). These calls include scheduling on behalf of our clients via a variety of different programs including ServiceM8, Cliniko & Calendy)
An advanced skill level of the various Microsoft Office 365 programs
Previous Office Manager and/or senior level Executive Assistant experience
Essential Requirements
Certificate IV in Bookkeeping
Minimum 5 years experience working with multiple bookkeeping clients
Advanced level of proficiency in multiple accounting and scheduling packages
Ability and willingness to learn new packages and programs
Ability to be pro-active in offering and providing a complete bookkeeping and administrative services to our clients.
Previous Office Manager and/or senior level Executive Assistant experience
Accurate touch typing skills
High level of all round general administrative experience
Good all round computing skills
Attention to detail
Good communication skills
Works well in a team but can work unsupervised
Current drivers licence and own vehicle
