The Role: As Senior Construction Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of a multi site project portfolio, each valued between totalling $1bn+ . Reporting to the state leadership team, you will ensure these projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Key responsibilities include: Driving the delivery of a $1bn+ portfolio, managing programmes, costs, and outcomes.Providing strategic leadership and direction across multiple projects.Managing key stakeholder relationships with both private and public sector clients.Mentoring and developing junior team members to strengthen organisational capability. About You: You are a proven leader with local experience managing large-scale, complex portfolios within Tier 1 or leading Tier 2 construction organisations. Your background spans diverse sectors, including commercial, residential, institutional, and government projects.
