The opportunity As our Senior Consultant based in Naarm – Melbourne you’ll have the opportunity to work with a highly experienced Real estate Team within a national Real Estate practice. The role offers experience across all of the sectors, including Compensation, Development and Healthcare sectors as well as across functions within the EY Strategy and Transactions network. Your Key Responsibilities Assist on and be at the forefront of major Healthcare and subdivision valuations and transactionsBe involved in major infrastructure valuations including OMR, level crossings acquisitions and general development valuationsProvide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on a range of different projects and transactions for income producing and development assetsProvide vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets in the healthcare sectorProvide market research and trend analysis and contribute to thought leaderships papersWork on new and innovative development and infrastructure practicesAssist with the valuation review and risk assessment for audit clientsInvestigate and utilise new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative deliverables to our clients What We Look For To be considered for this role you must have: Strong analytical skills, communication skills and attention to detailA general understanding of the Acquisition and development sectorsExperience in client facing roles, with good report writing and presentation skills Qualified as a Valuer or worked as Assistant ValuerGeneral understanding of Estate master and general feasibility studies What We Offer You At EY, we’ll fuel you and your extraordinary talents in a diverse and inclusive culture of globally connected teams.
