Senior Contract Administrator

YOUR NEW COMPANY
This role will enable you to work for a sought after, high quality commercial builder that has a variety of commercial construction projects to sink your teeth into. This role presents a long-term career opportunity within South Australia. Working centrally from modern offices with a talented team in the Adelaide CBD.
 

YOUR NEXT ROLE
As the Contract Administrator, you will:
- Monthly reports
- Review quotes
- Approve claims
- Procurement
- Generate purchase orders
- Manage subcontractor relationships
- Subcontractor variations
- Prepare agreements
- Contractor completion tasks - defect management
- Ad hoc tasks
 
 
ARE YOU A FIT?
To be considered successful, you will have a Bachelor of Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management and experience working for a mid to large size commercial builder within Australia. You will have 5+ yrs of experience as a CA on commercial construction projects and ideally worked on commercial construction projects of $20mill+. If you have high rise projects experience this will be advantageous.
