Salary range: $175,000 - $200,000 + Super which is dependent of experience and value you can bring.
What you will be doing? You will you be working closely with the Project Manager, performing scoping and reviewing contracts, across civil, structures, interiors, to delivery having you involved for the full project lifecycle. Our client has in house trade teams, taking the stress of subcontractors out of the equation aiding with more collaborative team to deliver on project timelines.
What are we looking for? We are looking for someone that has preferably got experience working in Class 2 apartments or apartments with full project lifecycle. Exposure to working with head contractors with project above $20 million.

They are located in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney where they have a strong active and future pipeline of luxury apartment projects and are looking for a Senior Contract Administrator that can execute their visions.
