Our opportunity

We have an opportunity for a (Senior) or Development Manager to join our Perth team. You will be responsible for leadership of the project team, the delivery of property development objectives for residential developments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing project strategy and overseeing complex development briefs, programs, feasibilities and risk and opportunity schedules
• Developing and implementing appropriate management policies and processes sometimes extracurricular operational items
• Obtaining authority approvals, and interpreting legal obligations
• Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to drive project outcomes
• Delivering sustainability and innovation objectives
• Leadership to the project team

Your point of difference

You will be professionally qualified with demonstrated experience in delivering large scale residential developments.  You must have a good understanding of feasibility process and capable to lead the process.

You will have strong stakeholder skills and conflict resolution experience in project and people management, and have the ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and complexity and drive win-win outcomes.
