Are you passionate about uncovering insights through data and transforming the digital customer experience? We’re looking for a Senior Digital Insights Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the future of digital engagement. In this role, you’ll connect the dots between online and offline touchpoints, helping us deliver seamless, personalised journeys for our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive customer journey analysis by integrating digital and enterprise data to uncover insights and recommend actions that improve user experience and conversion.
• Develop advanced segmentation and personalisation strategies that boost engagement and drive results.
• Support digital optimisation programs, generating hypotheses and using data to validate ideas and improve on-site performance.
• Create intuitive, self-service dashboards and compelling visualisations that tell a story and support informed action.
• Help shape data strategy, supporting standardisation and best practices for data collection, tagging, and storage.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience with web analytics and testing tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, Optimizely).
• Proven ability to integrate and analyse data across platforms to deliver end-to-end journey insights.
• A data storyteller—someone who can translate complex analytics into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Confident communicator, capable of challenging ideas and influencing peers and senior leaders.
• Experience driving conversion optimisation programs and validating hypotheses with data.
